NDRClaunched experimental work in State Low Carbon Provinces and Low Carbon Cities on August 18, 2010, and principals from experimental provinces and cities, like Guangdong, Liaoning, Hubei, Shaanxi, Yunnan, Tianjin, Chongqing, Shenzheng, Xiamen, Hangzhou, Nanchang, Guiyang and Baoding, promised to research and make low carbon development plan, build the industrial system characterized with low emission of carbon faster and actively advocate low carbon green life style and consuming mode so as to contribute to fighting against global climate change.

Low carbon city has been a new standard of urban planning, city operation and brand. Therefore, what is the key point in building the system, making strategy and applying? This session will be the panel to discuss the way to consumer lifestyle in the development of low carbon cities and all opportunities appeared in constructing modernized, residential, low carbon and high quality cities.
